I just did this commission today. It's Alice from Alice in Wonderland, only she's sucked on the caterpillar's, hrm, pipe and turned into a caterpillar. Oh no! ^_^ Isn't it cute, though? I'm very proud. I was just playing around the cloud and difference cloud filters - and some other ones I can't remember - to make the background, which I think looks pretty cool. =D
