As promised, Meia Gisborn from "Vandread." This is another commission for the guy I did Arshes for (see previous picture). The background took a loooong time, but I'm really happy with it - I never do backgrounds on my own! Photohop helped me along a lot - pretty much every element in the background has some sort of effect added to it (mostly bevel/emboss).

I have another to do for the same guy. I really like doing these "characters out-of-character" pictures.
